When we hear the word reinvention, most of us picture twenty-somethings starting over — new jobs, new cities, new beginnings. But what if the best reinventions happen later in life, when we have the perspective, resilience, and experience to truly shape what comes next?

This week on the Not Done Yet podcast, I explore what reinvention looks like in midlife and beyond. It can feel daunting — even risky — to pivot when you’re older. But the truth is, we’ve all been reinventing ourselves all along. Every choice, every setback, every success has been practice for whatever chapter comes next.

For me, reinvention has become less about fear and more about freedom. It’s a way of saying, “I’m not finished. I’m not done yet.” In this episode, I share why reinvention excites me, how it’s reshaped my priorities, and why I believe the boldest moves are still ahead.
