I get frustrated when I read or listen to advice about “realignment” or “living your truth” and all I get are clichés and quotes. That might sound inspiring in the moment, but it doesn’t help anyone take action. So let’s strip this down to something real: What the first steps actually look like.
Turn Down the Doubt
Here’s the truth: Reinvention isn’t an overnight thing. It takes time, effort, and a willingness to keep showing up. And before you can take action, you’ve got to lower the volume on doubt.
We all have those little voices that whisper we can’t do it — sometimes planted by others, sometimes by ourselves. Doubt isn’t always the enemy. It can point to areas we need to strengthen. But it becomes a problem when it paralyzes us.
